In this VIP 3 month coaching program, we work on implementing your personalized road to health - the tools, routines, and systems that will have you feeling energized, light, confident, and healthy long-term! No more quick fixes, no more one-size fits all approaches, and no more overwhelm.

The 3 months include:

  • Weekly calls (12 sessions)

  • One 90 minute deep dive goal setting session

  • Access to the VIP Client Resources - Simple & informative resources to increase your health & wellness knowledge, plus access to any other group program or product taking place within the 3 months

  • Unlimited text access to me between sessions

  • Optional virtual pantry makeover & grocery store tour


This is for you if you aren’t ready to commit to 3 months of coaching and instead want to come away knowing exactly what to do daily in order to achieve your specific goal. This isn’t for everybody - please schedule a call with me to see if this intensive would be beneficial for you.

The quickest way to ensure success in creating healthy lifestyle habits is to make sure you have all the necessary tools at your disposal. If you don’t have unhealthy foods at home, then there’s no way you’ll binge on them. We’ll work together to clean out your pantry of any food that isn’t serving you or your goals. You’ll discover why they aren’t good and what items to replace them with.

Discover how to meal prep, batch cook, and prepare simple nutrient-dense meals to fuel your busy lifestyle.

Do I need to be vegan to work with you?

The short answer is no. The long answer is still no, but you must know that I will not recommend animal products in your diet. Reason being: animal protein is highly correlated with the incidence of cancers, high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes, and higher body weight to name a few. My goal in working together is to help you discover the benefits of eating whole-food plant based. If you chose to have them and treat them as a condiment rather than a staple, that’s completely up to you. However, my guess is that, like many others, once you see the benefits of eating whole-food plant based, you won’t want to go back!
